Born in 1987, Alexander began playing the drums at the age of 5. During the years of progressing exceptionally, he picked up the bass guitar. Knowing that music was his calling, Alexander began studying music at Sumner Academy of Arts and Science, one of the top 100 schools in the nation. His considerable hard work and dedication landed him the drum chair for the all district AND all state jazz bands, 3 years in a row (the maximum number of years any student is allowed). And in 2006, Alexander was selected among drummers nation-wide to participate in the Gibson/Baldwin Grammy High School Jazz Ensemble. 

Recognizing music was a gift that needed to be honed, Alexander applied and was given a scholarship to the world renowned Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA). He is currently a 4th year student majoring in Music Performance and Music Business Management. And in 2009, Alexander was honored with the Steve Gadd Scholarship, presented by Craigie Zildjian, CEO of the Zildjian Cymbal Co.

He has shared the stage with such musical greats as Oscar Peterson, Kirk Whalum, just to name a few.  He's been called upon by acclaimed producers such as Alex "Asaph" Ward, TooTwizzlin' Productions, JeFirst Music, LLC and Chris Collier.

Music is his love, which is evidenced by the high level of skill, passion, energy and enthusiasm with which he approaches his craft.  A blessed, versatile, well-rounded, diligent student of the art, Alexander is poised to drive the music world to another level.
